THE UNEXPECTED ADVANTAGE
Tobias Beckwith’s journey wasn’t the typical path to business consulting. From writing and directing his first play at the age of 10 to managing long-running hits on Broadway like The Fantasticks, Sweeney Todd, and Oh! Calcutta!, his foundation is built on understanding how to captivate, engage, and transform audiences.
He went on to various theater and dance projects, and then spent years working with and producing shows for world-renowned magical artists like Jeff McBride and Marco Tempest. This immersion in the world of illusion and performance provided unique insights into creativity, communication, and the art of the impossible. He founded Tobias Beckwith & Associates in the early 90s and later Tobias Beckwith, Inc. in Las Vegas. With Jeff McBride, he created McBride Magic, Inc., and Real Magic, Inc., which produced entertainment at Caesars Magical Empire.
This deep experience in live entertainment – teaching theater arts, directing performers to their peak potential, and understanding the nuances of audience engagement – is now being channeled to empower business leaders.
